A 13% Buyers Fee will be added to all winning bids. All bids are final. Winning bidders will make payment for their bids before the scheduled pick up date. Payments must be made using Paypal, credit card using Paypal, or with cash. Any item not paid for by the end of the pick up date may be re-listed.

We are not responsible for items sold or their descriptions or condition. You are responsible for inquiring about items, and viewing them in person. We make no representation about item quality or condition. Med-City Auctions is not responsible for or liable for any use of an item after the close of an auction. By agreeing to Med-City Auctions terms and conditions you agree to completely waive any claim against Med-City Auctions for any allegation of liability or failure to act. Med-City Auctions maintains the right to add a \"reserve price\" on any item, at any time before an auction closes. Med-City Auctions maintains the right to modify or remove any auction item that was made inadvertently in error.

Med-City Auctions is not responsible for shipping any item. All items must be picked up in person AFTER they are paid for. Med-City Auctions will not assist in any loading of items, and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to not hold Med-City Auctions responsible for any damage or injury that may result from picking up any item.

You agree to reimburse Med-City Auctions for any costs they may incur in trying to collect on any failure to pay on a bid, legal cost associated with a court case for any defense or attempted collection, and for the cost of their staff time for failure to pay, or arrive at a scheduled time for item pick up. You also agree to waive any claim of negligence on behalf of Med-City Auctions for any reason.

You agree that Med-City Auctions is held harmless in the event that an item is defective in any nature. Med-City Auctions MAKES NO WARRANTY ON ANY ITEM! There will be NO REFUNDS. You are responsible for viewing any item BEFORE bidding if you choose. Even though we make every effort to give accurate descriptions, at times, descriptions may be inadvertently in error. You agree that Med-City Auctions is not responsible for any loss of income, time, or mental anguish as a result of any error.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to our privacy terms. We reserve the right to use your registration information to better serve you by working with 3rd party businesses that may be beneficial to either Med-City Auctions or you. We may also use your information, cookies, and IP address to better analyze the auction process. Med-City Auctions may capture IP addresses at any time including at the time of registration. We will cooperate with any law enforcement agency that has the legal right to this information. Any violation of the law will be dealt with in accordance with the law. You agree to keep your contact information current at all times.

By accepting these terms and conditions, and checking the accept box, you agree that you wish to accept emails from Med-City Auctions about new auctions, closing auctions, and payment requests after winning items. You also agree, that at any time you wish to be removed from our database, you give us written notice and allow us fourteen (14) business days from the date of our receipt of such request to remove you.
