Store return. Ok I really don't know what the individual was thinking but this was apparently dropped and the previous owner tried to glue it back together using an expanding glue or foam....and filled up the cavity inside. Perhaps the manufacturer could help. This unit retails for $1300 new and even with the defect the store was selling it for over $300. Can you repair it? I did email the Mfr and they were quick to respond, but I didn't pursue it when I realized what had been done. Good luck!!
